USA Oriental University Awards for High-level Scientific Research and

Creation (Tentative)

  The essence of education is to build people, and its core connotation is to promote human subjectivity and lead its independent development, active development and innovative development. The practical significance of education is to provide opportunities and services for the subjective development of each student. Basic education is the education that lays the foundation for students' life development and life-long happiness.
  In order to improve the research and creative level and quality of UOU, strengthen the construction and development of Chinese traditional culture teaching and training courses, encourage more high-level scientific research and creative achievements, promote the higher level and higher level of UOU's scientific research and creative work, and further improve UOU's Academic status, popularity and influence, to achieve the development of UOU connotation, combined with the actual situation of UOU, formulate these measures.
  Chapter 1, General Provisions
  Article 1: The formulation of these measures is to establish and improve a competitive mechanism that is conducive to scientific research, creative development, and talents and results. Encourage lecturers of various professions to actively apply for projects and focus on supporting scientific research and creating high-level results.
  Article 2: The scope of the scientific research and creative awards referred to in these Measures is based on the "USA Oriental University" as the first signature unit, the scientific research projects undertaken, the scientific research results obtained (thesis, works, etc.), the obtained scientific research awards, and important creative practices Results.
  Article 3: The scientific research project is based on the project approval notice (contract) issued by the competent department, and is rewarded after the project is concluded.
  Award results refer to academic papers (not including newsletters, abstracts, reviews, book reviews), academic monographs (excluding edited books, textbooks, Electronic publications) and important creative practices.
  Article 4: Scientific research projects, scientific research results, scientific research awards, and creative awards must be consistent with or similar to the research field of traditional Chinese culture that I am engaged in.
  Chapter II Reward Methods and Procedures
  Article 1: Scientific research and creative awards are for all UOU faculty, and an individual application system is implemented. At the end of December each year, the first person in charge of the project, the first author of the thesis, works, works, etc. "Research Report Form for Hierarchical Scientific Research and Creative Achievement Awards", and one original of the results shall be submitted to the Scientific Research Office.
  Article 2: Scientific research and creative achievement awards are reviewed once a year. As the functional department of scientific research management of UOU, the Scientific Research Department is responsible for the formal review and confirmation of scientific research and creative results, and hires relevant experts for review. The financial department will issue bonuses uniformly.
  Article 3: Special funds are set up each year as rewards for UOU scientific research and creative achievements, and special funds are used exclusively.
  Chapter III, Supplementary Provisions
  Article 1: The same achievement has been awarded at different levels, only once at the highest level, and not repeated. The awards of disputed or disputed results and projects are temporarily suspended, and will be rewarded as appropriate after the disputes or disputes are resolved. Those who find fraud or infringement will not be rewarded. The prize money and honors will be recovered, and necessary punishments will be given according to the seriousness of the circumstances.
  Article 2: The scientific research department is responsible for interpreting this award.
  Article 3: This incentive measure is temporary from the date of issue.
