Article 3: The scientific research project is based on the project approval notice (contract) issued by the competent department, and is rewarded after the project is concluded.
Award results refer to academic papers (not including newsletters, abstracts, reviews, book reviews), academic monographs (excluding edited books, textbooks, Electronic publications) and important creative practices.

Chapter II Reward Methods and Procedures
Article 1: Scientific research and creative awards are for all UOU faculty, and an individual application system is implemented. Chapter III, Supplementary Provisions
Article 1: The same achievement has been awarded at different levels, only once at the highest level, and not repeated. The awards of disputed or disputed results and projects are temporarily suspended, and will be rewarded as appropriate after the disputes or disputes are resolved.
